Privacy notice

Last updated: 20 October 2026. [DRAFT: needs pip's review]

Who we are

The data controller is Microdrama.Marketing (UK division), operating MicrodramaMarketing.co.uk. You can contact us about privacy using the enquiry form.

What we collect

This notice covers the enquiry form only. When you submit it, we collect your name, email address, company or organisation, role, company type, service of interest, budget range, timeline and message, plus the date and time and your IP address (used to prevent spam and abuse).

Why and on what basis

We use these details to respond to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis under the UK GDPR is legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries) and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use form data for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it.

Who sees it

Enquiries are delivered by email to our team. Our website host and email providers process the data on our behalf. Some of these providers may store data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they become part of a client relationship, in which case our client records policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your data, to object to our processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, use the enquiry form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies through the enquiry form. [DRAFT: update if analytics are added.]
